La présente Charte s’applique à toutes les données à caractère personnel traitées par la micro-entreprise Wolf ID (SIREN: 980 597 249) représentée par Quentin Petit Dit Dariel, agissant en qualité de responsables de traitement des données dans le cadre des produits et services fournis à des clients professionnels et entreprises. 

It explains what data we may collect about you or related persons, how we use that data and what steps we take to ensure its confidentiality and security. 

It also specifies the general framework of the processing of personal data carried out within the company Wolf ID and, in this sense, aims to provide the persons concerned with the information necessary for full compliance with the regulations in force.

All the physical persons whose data you transmit to us must be informed, in particular through this Charter of the way in which we are likely to collect and treat their data. These people must in particular be informed of their rights. 

How is your personal data collected, stored and processed?

  1. The personal data collected 

Some of the information collected constitutes "Personal Data", i.e. any information that can directly or indirectly identify a natural person.

In accordance with the legislation in force, Wolf ID has adopted the principle of minimization in the collection of data and collects only the data strictly necessary for the purpose and explained to the individuals concerned, leaving them full capacity to exercise their rights.

Information you provide when you create an account or make a purchase:

The personal data that may be requested, depending on the nature of the services or products provided, are as follows

  • Your name and contact information, including email and postal addresses,
  • Your position, the name and logo of the company you work for,
  • Your phone numbers

Information you provide when you order a product: 

When you order a product on our website, you may provide us with designs, logos or other personal information, such as contact information on a business card. 

Information you provide when you contact customer service: 

When you send a contact request via our website, in accordance with Article 6(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, we use the personal data you provide through our contact form such as your e-mail address, name and telephone number in order to answer your questions. 

2. Why do we collect this information?

We use the information we collect about you for the following purposes: 

  • to carry out operations relating to the management of customers concerning: contracts; orders; deliveries; invoices; accounting and in particular the management of customer accounts; the follow-up of the customer relationship such as the realization of satisfaction surveys, the management of the complaints and the after-sales service;
  • to carry out operations relating to prospecting such as the realization of operations of solicitation.
  • management of requests for access, rectification and opposition rights;
  • management of unpaid bills and litigation.

3. Who has access to your personal data? 

We restrict access to your information to those employees who need to use it. They have an obligation to protect it and keep it confidential. 

We may also share your information as required or permitted by law if we believe that disclosure is appropriate to cooperate in investigations of suspected unlawful activity, to enforce our Terms and Conditions, or to protect our rights or property, or those of a third party. 

4. How and for how long is the data stored?

Wolf ID takes all necessary precautions to preserve the security and confidentiality of personal data and in particular to prevent them from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorized parties.

Your personal information is kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was provided. The maximum period of retention of your data is two years from the end of the contractual relationship.

However, Wolf ID keeps certain mandatory documents, including invoices, for the legal retention period.

5. What are your rights to access and control the use of your personal information?

You may, at any time, request and obtain the following information: 

• access to your personal information;

• request a copy of the personal information processed by us;

• demand correction of your personal information collected and retained;

• require the deletion of your personal information (or its modification in such a way that you are no longer identifiable) or limit the ways in which we may use your personal information in the specific circumstances provided by law.

Any request related to the exercise of your rights of access, opposition, rectification and deletion should be sent to contact@wolf-id.com. Please indicate your name, e-mail address and telephone number, as well as your precise request. Your request will be processed as soon as possible by Wolf ID's customer service department.

7. Changes to this Privacy and Cookie Policy

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time and will post the amended version on our website. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time, so please review it regularly.
